Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
We sincerely apologize if you receive a damaged or defective item. If you would want to return or exchange an item, please get in touch with our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving it. If you receive the wrong goods or an inaccurate item, we will make arrangements for your return or exchange. Returns must be in perfect condition and show no evidence of wear and tear.
A successful return depends on the preservation of all tags, packing, and receipts.
Should any of these items be missing, it might be impossible to process the return. Please get in touch with our customer service staff within 48 hours if an item is missing parts or does not arrive in its original state. We will take care of this as soon as possible.
Return Process
Please get in touch with our customer service department to initiate a return. They will provide you detailed instructions and walk you through this process. After receiving the returned item and examining its condition, we will conduct the refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Perishable goods, such as flowers and plants, and customized items cannot be returned.
If a digital product, such as an e-book or software, has been accessed or downloaded, it cannot be returned or refunded.
Any exceptions to each of these categories will be clearly explained during the purchase process.
Return Shipping
In the event of a return, the user should be responsible for shipping costs. If we make an error, we will gladly cover the return shipping costs.
Method of Refund
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase. After our team receives and inspects your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
